Cindy brings a deep understanding of complex risks and business operations, enabling her to design highly effective insurance programs tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her expertise spans a wide range of industries and risk profiles—including difficult-to-place accounts, large exposures, global operations, and loss-sensitive programs.

By collaborating closely with clients, agents, underwriters, and insurance carriers, Cindy develops cost-effective insurance solutions that help reduce risk, minimize liability, and control related expenses.

Her background includes managing complex insurance portfolios for businesses ranging from small local enterprises to large-scale operations in sectors such as aviation, energy, chemical manufacturing and distribution (including biohazard materials), plastics manufacturing, heavy construction (rigging, millwright, bridgework), railroads (design, engineering, construction), transportation (interstate, intrastate, hazmat), logging, life sciences and biosciences (genetics, tissue, organ, and cellular technologies), as well as national and international manufacturers and high-end retail brands.

Cindy also has extensive experience with maritime and cargo exposures (inland and ocean marine), hazardous occupations, PEOs, franchised businesses (such as gas stations and restaurants), and other complex commercial insurance needs across domestic and international markets.
